Whether you need a chef for a few hours, a few months or a whole catering team for any event our team members can fit into or take charge of any situation.

We can be with you as soon as you need us, whether you book us in advance or need us in an emergency. No extra charge will be made for an emergency...that's what we're here for!

Our head chefs are very experienced and can take on a new kitchen at ease, but at the same time will constantly communicate with the manager, so it's the character of your enterprise coming across to the customers.

Our waiters & waitresses are silver serviced trained and, like our chefs, can fit into or take control of any situation. The same applies to our cocktail and bar staff.

We can get involved as much or as little as you like with your business. If you would like us to help suggest a few ideas that come with our expertise for front of house, in the kitchen, stock control, menus etc, please do not hesitate to ask. As we said before, we don't want to take over, but if we could help your business grow it would be a pleasure.

Our wedding co-ordinators can help you in just planning the big day or they can get involved in the whole of the special couples organising from day one from reference of your enterprise.

* Administration Fee, per member of Staff, per week.

Fixed rate(s) charged to the company on a weekly basis and wages paid direct to the member of staff by the company either on the same day or weekly. There is no commission charged, so therefore you are not being penalised for the quantity of hours you use us.

Hours of Work

Part-time
A minimum of 8 hours a day, with the legal requirements for statutory breaks

Full-time
A minimum of 40 hours and maximum 48 hours a week, with the legal requirements for statutory breaks.

Pre-booked quantity of Chefs, e.g. 5 or more required on the same day, a discounted rate would apply, for further information contact us.
